When Kelsey Stephens, the co-founder of Lady Bird Talent, came to me with the idea for Hire Women Week, it only made sense for me to jump in and support Lady Bird Talent.

We knew we had to create something bigger than just another networking event, and the community of Lady Bird Talent was key.

Lady Bird Talent is a platform connecting women with startups and tech companies that prioritize inclusive leadership.
